Coconut Macaroon Pie

- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1-1/3 cups coconut
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Insert pie crust in pie plate. Sprinkle the chopped pecans in the bottom of the pie crust.
- Combine the eggs, water, sugar, flour, salt, coconut and melted butter. Pour mixture over nuts; do not stir.
- Bake at 325 degrees (F) for 45 minutes or until golden.
