    Coconut Macaroon Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
    • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1-1/2 cups sugar
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1-1/3 cups coconut
    • 1/2 cup melted butter


    Instructions


    1. Insert pie crust in pie plate. Sprinkle the chopped pecans in the bottom of the pie crust.

    2. Combine the eggs, water, sugar, flour, salt, coconut and melted butter. Pour mixture over nuts; do not stir.

    3. Bake at 325 degrees (F) for 45 minutes or until golden.
