    Italian Molta Carne Pizza

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 unbaked or prebaked pizza crust
    • 1 Tbsp garlic oil
    • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
    • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    • 1/2 cup sliced onion
    • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
    • 1/4 cup thin-sliced proscuitto
    • 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled Italian sausage
    • 1/2 cup shredded Jack cheese
    • *
    • -- Garlic Oil --
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 1 to 2 Tbsp pressed or minced garlic


    Instructions


    1. To make the garlic oil, mix the olive oil and garlic. If making up to one day ahead, cover and chill.

    2. Place pizza crust on a 12-inch pizza pan or 12x15-inch baking sheet. Spread with 1 tablespoon garlic oil. Top with marinara sauce, Mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, onion, pepperoni, proscuitto, sausage, and Jack cheese.

    3. Bake on the lowest rack of a 500-degree oven until crust is well browned on the bottom, 10 to 15 minutes for an unbaked crust, 7 to 12 minutes for a prebaked crust.

      Cut into wedges and add salt and pepper to taste.
