Italian Molta Carne Pizza

- 1 unbaked or prebaked pizza crust
- 1 Tbsp garlic oil
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup thin-sliced proscuitto
- 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled Italian sausage
- 1/2 cup shredded Jack cheese

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 to 2 Tbsp pressed or minced garlic
Instructions
- To make the garlic oil, mix the olive oil and garlic. If making up to one day ahead, cover and chill.
- Place pizza crust on a 12-inch pizza pan or 12x15-inch baking sheet. Spread with 1 tablespoon garlic oil. Top with marinara sauce, Mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, onion, pepperoni, proscuitto, sausage, and Jack cheese.
- Bake on the lowest rack of a 500-degree oven until crust is well browned on the bottom, 10 to 15 minutes for an unbaked crust, 7 to 12 minutes for a prebaked crust.
Cut into wedges and add salt and pepper to taste.
