Pizza with Four Cheeses

List of Ingredients
- 1 recipe pizza dough
- 2 Tbsp garlic oil
- 1/2 small red onion, sliced thinly
- 1 oz. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 2-1/2 oz. Provolone cheese
- 2-1/2 oz. Fontina cheese
- 1 oz. Parmesan
- 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 - 2 tsp fresh marjoram, finely chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the pizza dough and leave to rise in a warm place.
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees (F). Shape the dough and place on a pizza pan. Brush with the garlic oil and top with the red onion. Add the cheeses and then the tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Bake the pizza in the top of the oven for 8 to 12 minutes or until the cheeses are melted. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with marjoram.
Leave for 1 to 2 minutes before slicing the pizza, then serve cut in thin slices.
