Italian Chicken Breasts

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan and Romano cheeses, mixed
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (or ground red pepper, if you like it spicier)
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs.)
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease the bottom of a 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- Mix cheese, bread crumbs, and seasonings. Dip chicken in melted butter; coat with the cheese mixture. Place in prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through.
Makes 6 servings.
