    Italian Chicken Breasts

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan and Romano cheeses, mixed
    • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
    • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
    • 1 tsp parsley flakes
    • 1/4 tsp paprika
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper (or ground red pepper, if you like it spicier)
    • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs.)
    • 2 Tbsp butter, melted


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease the bottom of a 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

    2. Mix cheese, bread crumbs, and seasonings. Dip chicken in melted butter; coat with the cheese mixture. Place in prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through.

      Makes 6 servings.
