Lemon Chicken in Sour Cream

- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp celery salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned
- 3/4 to 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
Instructions
- Mix sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire, celery salt, paprika, pepper and garlic in a large shallow dish. Add chicken and turn to coat completely. Refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Place bread crumbs in shallow dish. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Roll chicken in bread crumbs. Transfer to large baking dish; drizzle with melted butter. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
