    Lemon Chicken in Sour Cream

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups sour cream
    • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tsp celery salt
    • 2 tsp paprika
    • 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 3 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned
    • 3/4 to 1 cup dry bread crumbs
    • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted


    Instructions


    1. Mix sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire, celery salt, paprika, pepper and garlic in a large shallow dish. Add chicken and turn to coat completely. Refrigerate overnight.

    2. Preheat oven to 350º F.

    3. Place bread crumbs in shallow dish. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Roll chicken in bread crumbs. Transfer to large baking dish; drizzle with melted butter. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.

      Serves 6
