    Blue Cheese Biscuits

    List of Ingredients


    • Nonstick cooking spray
    • 1 can (17.3 ounces) large-size refrigerator biscuits
    • 6 Tbsp unsalted butter
    • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
    • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce


    Instructions


    1. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. Preheat oven to 400º F.

    2. Separate the biscuits and arrange close together in the prepared pan. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and blue cheese together over medium-low heat. Remove from the heat, add Worcestershire sauce, and whisk until smooth.

    3. Pour cheese mixture over biscuits. Bake about 15 to 17 minutes, or until the biscuits have risen and are golden brown. Test the center of several of the biscuits with a toothpick. Serve warm.

      Makes 8 large biscuits.
