• 1/3 cup cornstarch
  
• 4 cups whipping cream
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
  
• 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  
• 1/8 tsp salt
  






Instructions



1. Combine cornstarch and 1/2 cup water, stirring until smooth. Bring whipping cream to a simmer in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Stir in cornstarch mixture, sugar, and remaining ingredients, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts. Cook pudding, stirring constantly, 8 minutes or until thick and creamy. Serve warm or chilled.
   
   Makes 5 cups.
