    Dessert: No-Bake Cheesecake Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup vanilla or white chips
    • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, cubed
    • 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
    • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
    • 1/3 cup English toffee bits or almond brickle chips


    Instructions


    1. In a heavy saucepan, melt chips over medium-low heat; stir until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust.

    2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or until set. Just before serving, sprinkle with toffee bits.

      Yield: 6 to 8 servings
