    Quick Campbell's Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 pork chops, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 lb.)
    • 1 (10-ounce) can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Celery soup
    • 1/4 cup apple juice or water
    • 2 Tbsp hot (spicy) mustard
    • 1 Tbsp honey
    • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

    • 4 cups hot, cooked medium egg noodles (cooked without salt)


    Instructions


    1. Heat a large, nonstick skillet that has been lightly coated with vegetable oil cooking spray. Add pork chops and cook until browned on both sides. Reduce heat to medium.

    2. Stir in mixture of soup, apple juice, mustard, honey and pepper. Heat to a boil. Simmer, covered, at low heat until pork is cooked through, about 10 minutes.

      Serve with noodles.

      Serves 4
