    Salmon with Chive Mayonnaise

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 3 Tbsp white wine (or chicken broth)
    • 1/4 cup minced chives
    • 1 Tbsp minced fresh thyme
    • 1 Tbsp snipped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
    • 1/8 tsp pepper
    • 2 salmon steaks (3/4-inch-thick)


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients; set aside 1/3 cup for serving.

    2. Place salmon steaks on a broiler rack. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 9 minutes. Brush with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Turn salmon over; broil 9 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

      Serve salmon steaks with reserved chive mayonnaise.

      Makes 2 servings;
      Ready in 30 minutes or less.
