    Three-Ingredient Stir-Fry

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
    • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-size pieces
    • 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen stir-fry vegetables (seasoned)
    • Hot cooked rice


    Instructions


    1. Preheat wok or large skillet over high heat. Add cooking oil. Stir-fry chicken for 2 to 3 minutes or until done. Remove from wok.

    2. Stir-fry vegetables in wok according to package directions. Stir in chicken and heat through.

      Serve over rice.

      Makes 2 servings.
