Cucumber Salsa

List of Ingredients
- 4 pickling cucumbers, diced
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped (1/3 cup)
- 1 small tomato, seeded and diced
- 3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 Tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 serrano chiles, stemmed and sliced in thin rounds
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl, combine well and let stand, covered, for at least 30 minutes.
Yield: 3 cups
