    Metropolitan Grill Peach Salsa

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. ripe peaches, peeled, pitted and cut in 1-inch dice
    • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced in 1/8-inch pieces
    • 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
    • Juice of 1 lime
    • 1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped


    Instructions


    1. In mixing bowl, combine peaches, green onions, sugar, lime juice and cilantro. Mix well, turn into suitable container, cover and refrigerate until needed.

      The Metropolitan Grill serves this over grilled Alaskan halibut.

      Makes 8 servings.
