    List of Ingredients


    • 1-1/2 white onions, finely chopped
    • 4 tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
    • 2 to 4 serrano chiles, seeded and finely chopped
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
    • Salt to taste
    • Juice of 1 lime
    • 2 Tbsp olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Combine onion, tomatoes, chiles, and cilantro in a bowl. Season with lime juice, salt, and olive oil. Stir to combine and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour before serving.

      (Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated.)
