List of Ingredients
- 1-1/2 white onions, finely chopped
- 4 tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
- 2 to 4 serrano chiles, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Combine onion, tomatoes, chiles, and cilantro in a bowl. Season with lime juice, salt, and olive oil. Stir to combine and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour before serving.
(Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated.)
