Smokin' Papaya-Chile Salsa

List of Ingredients
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 cup diced papaya
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup peeled, diced cucumber
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 scallion, chopped
- 2 chiles de arbol, toasted and minced (or habanero, if you dare!)
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
Makes 6 servings.
