Big Reward Green Rice

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 1 pound grated cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 clove garlic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Cook rice according to package directions; drain off excess liquid.
- Add remaining ingredients (use half the cheese; save the rest for the top) and mix well. Place in a greased 9x13-inch pan. Top with reserved cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour.
Makes 8 to 10 servings
