    • 1/3 cup sliced green onion
    • 1/3 cup chopped celery
    • 2 Tbsp butter
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
    • 1-1/2 cups cooked rice


    Instructions


    1. In a large skillet, sauté green onions and celery in butter until tender, about 3 minutes; do not brown. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon peel.

    2. Add rice and heat thoroughly; transfer to a serving dish and serve warm.

      Serves 4
