- 1/3 cup sliced green onion
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1-1/2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- In a large skillet, sauté green onions and celery in butter until tender, about 3 minutes; do not brown. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon peel.
- Add rice and heat thoroughly; transfer to a serving dish and serve warm.
