Best Barbecue Coleslaw

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2-1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1-1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 (10-ounce) packages finely shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, shredded
Instructions
- Whisk together first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; add vegetables, tossing to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
