Cheesy Italian Salad Dressing

List of Ingredients



• 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  
• 1/3 cup olive oil
  
• 1/3 cup canola oil
  
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
  
• Salt and pepper to taste
  
• 1 heaping Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  






Instructions



1. In a jar with a lid, combine the vinegar, olive and canola oils, garlic, salt, pepper and cheese; shake well.
   
   This will keep, refrigerated, for at least 1 week.
   
   Makes 8 servings.
