Cheesy Italian Salad Dressing

List of Ingredients
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 heaping Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a jar with a lid, combine the vinegar, olive and canola oils, garlic, salt, pepper and cheese; shake well.
This will keep, refrigerated, for at least 1 week.
Makes 8 servings.
