Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing

List of Ingredients
â—¦ ¾ cup mayonnaise
â—¦ ¾ cup sour cream
â—¦ 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
â—¦ 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
â—¦ ½ teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
â—¦ 1 clove garlic, minced
â—¦ 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
â—¦ Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Recipe
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and garlic and whisk until blended. Add the blue cheese, stir, and add salt and pepper to taste.
To thin, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of water and stir.
Refrigerate until serving. Store any remaining dressing in a sealed jar.
Makes about 2 ½ cups
