Creamy Slaw

List of Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1-1/2 pounds green cabbage, cored and thinly sliced (6 cups)
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream in a large bowl until smooth. Whisk in vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Let stand uncovered at room temperature, tossing occasionally, until vegetables are wilted, about 30 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6
