List of Ingredients



• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  
• 3 Tbsp sour cream
  
• 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
  
• 1/2 tsp salt
  
• 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  
• 1-1/2 pounds green cabbage, cored and thinly sliced (6 cups)
  
• 1 carrot, shredded
  
• 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  
• 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  






Instructions



1. Whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream in a large bowl until smooth. Whisk in vinegar, salt and pepper.
   
   
2. Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Let stand uncovered at room temperature, tossing occasionally, until vegetables are wilted, about 30 minutes.
   
   Serves 4 to 6
