• -- Dressing --
  
• 1/2 cup water
  
• 1/3 cup vinegar
  
• 1/2 tsp celery seed
  
• 1/2 cup oil
  
• 1/2 tsp salt
  
• 1/3 cup sugar

• 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
  
• 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
  
• 3 tomatoes, cut into chunks
  






Instructions



1. Combine all dressing ingredients. In bowl, combine cucumber, red onion and tomatoes. Pour dressing over salad and mix well.
   
   Marinate for 12 hours before serving.
