    Dilled Pasta Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 1 Tbsp snipped fresh dill weed (or 1/2 tsp dried)
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 2 cups rotini or spiral pasta, cooked and drained
    • 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
    • 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
    • 1 medium carrot, coarsely shredded
    • 1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)


    Instructions


    1. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, dill weed, salt, mustard and pepper in a 2-1/2-quart bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.

      Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

      Makes 8 servings.
