    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into ½-inch cubes
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
    • 1 cup halved red grapes
    • ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
    • 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 tsp kosher salt
    • ½ cup heavy cream, whipped
    • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste


    Instructions


    1. Combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, grapes, almonds, parsley, and salt in a bowl. Add whipped cream and pepper and fold to combine.

      Makes about 6 cups
