List of Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into ½-inch cubes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup halved red grapes
- ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ cup heavy cream, whipped
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, grapes, almonds, parsley, and salt in a bowl. Add whipped cream and pepper and fold to combine.
Makes about 6 cups
