• 6 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil
  
• 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
  
• 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  
• 2 Tbsp honey
  
• 1 garlic clove, minced
  
• Dash pepper
  






Instructions



1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Refrigerate for at least one hour to blend flavors. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
   
   Yield: 3/4 cup
