List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp chopped pimientos, drained
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 garlic clove, halved
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves or Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
- Before serving, remove garlic; shake well. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
Yield: 3/4 cup
