Jalapeno-Cilantro Vinaigrette

List of Ingredients



• 8 to 10 fresh jalapeno peppers, stems removed
  
• 1 bunch cilantro
  
• Juice of 1 lime
  
• 1 garlic clove
  
• 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  
• 1 cup soy oil
  






Instructions



1. Chop jalapenos, cilantro and garlic together with the lime juice in a food processor. Add vinegar; slowly incorporate oil as the blades spin.
   
   Serves 4
