    Katchumber Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 green bell peppers, coarsely chopped
    • 2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    • 1 onion, coarsely chopped
    • 1 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro
    • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper


    Instructions


    1. Combine the bell peppers, tomatoes, onion, cilantro and lemon juice; toss gently. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Sprinkle with pepper; toss gently.

      Yield: 4-1/2 cups.
