Katchumber Salad

List of Ingredients
- 2 green bell peppers, coarsely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Combine the bell peppers, tomatoes, onion, cilantro and lemon juice; toss gently. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Sprinkle with pepper; toss gently.
Yield: 4-1/2 cups.
