List of Ingredients



• 1-1/2 cups creme fraiche or sour cream
  
• 6 ounces Oregon blue cheese (1-1/2 cups crumbled)
  
• 1 tsp freshly ground white pepper
  
• 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  
• 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  






Instructions



1. In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients. Taste and adjust the amount of pepper and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
   
   Makes about 2 cups.
