Original Pantry Coleslaw

List of Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1½ Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp celery salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup half-and-half
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Shred the cabbage finely into a large bowl.
Blend the mayonnaise with the sugar, vinegar and oil. Stir in the garlic and onion powders, mustard, celery salt, pepper, lemon juice, half-and-half, and salt. Pour over cabbage, tossing to coat well.
