    Ranch Dressing II

    From "The Good Home Cookbook" by Richard Perry

    List of Ingredients


    • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
    • ½ cup buttermilk
    • ½ cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
    • Salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. Combine the garlic, parsley, and chives in a blender and process until finely chopped.

    2. Add the buttermilk, mayonnaise, and vinegar and process until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

      Makes about 1 cup
