Ranch Dressing II

- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine the garlic, parsley, and chives in a blender and process until finely chopped.
- Add the buttermilk, mayonnaise, and vinegar and process until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Makes about 1 cup
