Roquefort Dressing

List of Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco, or to taste
- 5 ounces Roquefort, coarsely crumbled (about 1 cup)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except Roquefort until smooth; stir in Roquefort and salt and pepper to taste.
Makes about 2 cups.
