List of Ingredients



• 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
  
• 1/3 cup buttermilk
  
• 1/4 cup sour cream
  
• 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  
• 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  
• 1/4 tsp Tabasco, or to taste
  
• 5 ounces Roquefort, coarsely crumbled (about 1 cup)
  






Instructions



1. In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except Roquefort until smooth; stir in Roquefort and salt and pepper to taste.
   
   Makes about 2 cups.
