    Spinach Salad with French Dressing

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 cup catsup
    • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
    • 3 Tbsp distilled white vinegar
    • 2 Tbsp sugar
    • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    • 1 (6-ounce) bag fresh baby spinach
    • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
    • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled


    Instructions


    1. In a small bowl, combine catsup, oil, vinegar, sugar and lemon juice, whisking until smooth.

      In a large bowl, combine spinach, onion and bacon.
      Add desired amount of dressing, tossing gently to coat.

      Makes 4 servings.
