Spinach Salad with French Dressing

List of Ingredients
- 1/3 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp distilled white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 (6-ounce) bag fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine catsup, oil, vinegar, sugar and lemon juice, whisking until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine spinach, onion and bacon.
Add desired amount of dressing, tossing gently to coat.
Makes 4 servings.
