List of Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
- 2 firm bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup halved strawberries
- 1 cup seedless green grapes

- -- Strawberry-Banana Yogurt Dressing --
- 1 peeled ripe banana
- 6 halved strawberries
- 1 (8-oz.) carton vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar or honey
Instructions
- For the salad: Cut pineapple in half lengthwise through crown. Cut pineapple from shells with a knife, leaving shells intact. Chunk fruit. In a large bowl, combine pineapple chunks, orange slices, banana slices, halved strawberries and grapes. Spoon mixture into pineapple shells. Serve with dressing.
- For the dressing: Combine all dressing ingredients in a food processor; blend until smooth.
Makes 8 servings.
