Summer Melon Ball Salad

"I love serving simple fruit salads and parfaits, but sometimes you gotta kick it up a notch! Break out your fancy champagne glasses, wine glasses, or other stemware for a pretty presentation."
List of Ingredients
◦ 1 cup undiluted orange juice concentrate, thawed
◦ 2 cups watermelon balls
◦ 2 cups cantaloupe balls
◦ 2 cups honeydew balls
◦ Fresh mint leaf sprigs, for garnish
Recipe
In a large mixing bowl, add orange juice concentrate to watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew balls; toss gently until coated. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours in an airtight container.
Serve in a large bowl or in individual stemmed glasses.
Garnish with mint leaves.
Makes 6 to 8 servings
