Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella Salad

Recipe Introduction
"An Italian classic, called a 'caprese,' this salad is delicious, but only if you choose top-quality ingredients: vine-ripened tomatoes and the freshest mozzarella. If you like, scatter a few capers, chopped anchovy fillets, or black olives over the top."
List of Ingredients
◦ Leaves from 1 bunch fresh basil
◦ 4 tomatoes
◦ 3/4 pound fresh mozzarella cheese
◦ Salt and ground pepper
◦ 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Recipe
Tear the basil leaves into large pieces.
Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and arrange on a serving dish in neat, slightly overlapping rows or rings, alternating the tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Scatter the basil over the top. Drizzle the oil in a thin stream over the salad and serve.
