Turkey Salad

List of Ingredients
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 to 5 cups cooked turkey, diced
- 2 large ribs celery, sliced
- 1 large red apple (do not peel), cored and diced
- ⅔ cup walnuts
- 2 teaspoons grated onion
- Lettuce, such as romaine or iceberg, to serve
Instructions
- Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, and salt in a large bowl. Add the turkey, celery, apple, walnuts, and onion. Mix gently.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
- Make a bed of lettuce on a platter or individual plates. Mound the salad on top of the lettuce and serve.
