Zang's Honey-Poppyseed Dressing

List of Ingredients



• 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  
• 1 Tbsp sugar
  
• 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  
• 1/4 tsp Hungarian paprika
  
• 1 tsp poppy seeds
  
• 1/4 cup honey
  
• 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  
• 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  
• 1/4 tsp salt
  
• 1 cup canola oil
  






Instructions



1. Put all ingredients except oil into a blender or food processor and blend.
   
   
2. With machine running, slowly add the canola oil to create an emulsion. Serve over salad greens of your choice.
