Chicken Salad Sliders

List of Ingredients
- � cup buttermilk
- � cup Creole mustard
- 1 � teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
- � teaspoon celery salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 4 cups diced leftover cold fried chicken
- � cup chopped fresh parsley
- � cup finely diced celery
- � cup thinly sliced green onions
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 12 slider buns
Instructions
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, mustard, Italian seasoning, Creole seasoning, celery salt, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
- Add in the chicken, parsley, celery, and green onions. Stir gently to combine. Add salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving on slider buns.
Serves 6 � cups mayonnaise
