Bar-B-Kick Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 Tbsp catsup
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, reduce the heat, and stir until the sauce thickens. Refrigerate overnight so the flavors in the sauce can mingle.
Makes about 3 cups.
Final Comments
This spicy sauce is incredible on chicken, brushed on in the last 10 minutes of grilling. It adds snap to hot wings or salmon, and brings new life to ordinary pork ribs.
