Horseradish Sauce

List of Ingredients
- ½ cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
- ¼ tsp dry mustard
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix till well blended. Cover and chill several hours before serving with roast beef or broiled fish. Keep 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.
Makes about 1 cup
