• 1 cup mayonnaise
  
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  
• 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  
• 1/4 cup minced gherkins
  
• 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced
  
• Salt and fresh ground pepper
  






Instructions



1. Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, gherkins, and jalapeno in a small bowl and stir to mix well.
   
   Season to taste with salt and pepper.
