List of Ingredients
- 8 Tbsp (1 stick) butter
- 2 Tbsp plus 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp plus 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 6 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1-1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup catsup
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter. Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic powder and catsup. Simmer until blended. Serve warm or at room temperature.
This sauce is served as a dipping sauce with poached salmon and shrimp.
Makes 1-1/3 cups.
