    Source of Recipe

    From "Saveur: The New Classics"

    Recipe Introduction

"This tangy sauce is a classic pairing for gravlax or roasted salmon; its acidic brightness cuts through the fatty richness of the fish."

    â—¦ 1 tablespoon sugar
    â—¦ ½ teaspoon kosher salt
