- 1 (8-oz.) pkg frozen strawberries
- 1 Tbsp ginger
- 1 oz. rum
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
Instructions
- Begin by pureeing the frozen strawberries together with the ginger and rum.
- Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in 1 tablespoon flour. Cook for one minute, stirring constantly. Add the strawberry puree and cook for 5 minutes more, stirring constantly.
Serve over grilled or broiled fish.
