    Strawberry Sauce [For Grilled Fish]

    • 1 (8-oz.) pkg frozen strawberries
    • 1 Tbsp ginger
    • 1 oz. rum
    • 2 Tbsp butter
    • 1 Tbsp flour


    Instructions


    1. Begin by pureeing the frozen strawberries together with the ginger and rum.

    2. Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in 1 tablespoon flour. Cook for one minute, stirring constantly. Add the strawberry puree and cook for 5 minutes more, stirring constantly.

      Serve over grilled or broiled fish.
