    Sweet & Sour Sauce

    • 1/2 cup catsup
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp cornstarch
    • 1/2 tsp garlic salt


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients; cook and stir over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens. Cool.

      Serve with grilled prawns, fish, or chicken.

      Makes 1/2 cup.
