    Sweet Chile-Garlic Stir-Fry Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
    • 1-1/2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
    • 1 Tbsp Chinese cooking wine or dry sherry
    • 1-1/2 tsp chile garlic sauce
    • 1-1/2 Tbsp sugar
    • 1 Tbsp catsup
    • 1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 Tbsp water


    Instructions


    1. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer until thickened and glossy, about 1 minute.

      Makes about 1 cup
      (enough for a stir-fry dish for 4 to 6 people)
