Cajun Popcorn

- About 5 quarts popped corn
- 7 Tbsp butter
- 1-1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 Tbsp Cajun-style seasoning mix*
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees (F).
- Pour the popped corn into a large roasting pan. Melt the butter and stir in the lemon pepper and Cajun seasoning mix. Pour over the popcorn, mixing well with a large spoon.
- Bake the popcorn 4 minutes; stir gently and continue baking 4 minutes longer.
Makes about 5 quarts.
* We used a bottled seasoning mix from Paul Prudhomme, but any spicy blend can be used.
