    Cajun Popcorn

    List of Ingredients


    • About 5 quarts popped corn
    • 7 Tbsp butter
    • 1-1/2 tsp lemon pepper
    • 1 Tbsp Cajun-style seasoning mix*


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees (F).

    2. Pour the popped corn into a large roasting pan. Melt the butter and stir in the lemon pepper and Cajun seasoning mix. Pour over the popcorn, mixing well with a large spoon.

    3. Bake the popcorn 4 minutes; stir gently and continue baking 4 minutes longer.

      Makes about 5 quarts.

      * We used a bottled seasoning mix from Paul Prudhomme, but any spicy blend can be used.
