â—¦ 5 cups Corn Chex cereal
â—¦ 2 cups sesame sticks
â—¦ 1 cup wasabi peas
â—¦ 1 cup chow mein noodles
â—¦ 1 cup honey-roasted peanuts
â—¦ 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
â—¦ 2 tablespoons soy sauce
â—¦ 1 teaspoon ground ginger
â—¦ ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
â—¦ ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Recipe
Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 250 degrees. Combine cereal, sesame sticks, peas, chow mein noodles, and peanuts in large bowl. Whisk melted butter, soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder, and cayenne together in separate bowl, then drizzle over cereal mixture and toss until well combined.
Spread mixture on rimmed baking sheet and bake, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden and crisp, about 45 minutes. Let cool to room temperature about 30 minutes before serving.
