    List of Ingredients


    • 1-1/2 tsp fine-grained sea salt
    • 2 tsp grated lime rind
    • Vegetable oil
    • 12 (6-inch) corn tortillas, each cut into 6 wedges


    Instructions


    1. Combine salt and lime rind.

    2. Pour oil to a depth of 2 inches into a Dutch oven; heat to 350º F.

    3. Fry tortilla wedges in small batches in hot oil, about 30 seconds or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels; sprinkle with lime salt.

      Makes 8 to 10 servings.
